how to install microsoft office

❶ To Install the Microsoft Office System on Your Computer from The Product CD. 

insert the CD Into your Computer's CD-ROM drive. ( same Process Also Pen drive or Any Setup )   if Auto play is Enabled on your Computer's You'll see the Autoplay dialog Box.in The Dialog box.Click Run Setup.exe The Setup runs

Note :-if for some reason the setup does not start or if Auto play is not enabled on your computer ,you can setup.exe manually  .The Setup.exe file is located in the root folder of the CD.



❷ Type the 25 - Character product Key Included on the CD package as show in image .if the correct product key is entered then Continue button will be enabled.

❸ Click on Continue button



❹ Select the i Accept The Of Tis Agreement Check Box to accept the end-User License Agreement and Then Click Continue

❺ Click Install Now to Install The Microsoft Office System With its Default Configuration Click Customize to specify a Particular Configuration for Your Microsoft office system Setup.

Note  :- You Might See Other Option in this Dialog Box if Your are Installing The Microsoft office system on a computer on which a previous version of the Microsoft Office system is installed. For Ex:- Instead Now button , you,ll see an Upgrade Button .if you Are upgrading from previous Version.Of Microsoft Office system,You ill need To Choose Whether to Remove Or Keep Previous Version Or To remove Specific Apps

❻ if you Click Install Now ,then Setup Program Begins And You'll see a progress bars installation Proceeds.when installation is completed ,You are Given the Option to Visit Microsoft Office online ; Otherwise click Close ......



if You Click Customize button .tab of installation options will appear .On the installation

option Tab,  The Microsoft office System Appear beside an icon that indicates how the program will be installed and Run .To change the setting for a  particular program,click arrow beside the icon and choose one of the following options.


Run From My Computer :- Installs The Program On Your Hard Disk The Program,s Additional Feature will not be installed.



Run All From My Computer :- Installs The Program and its Additional Features to your hard disk .


Installed On first Use :- Installs the program the First You run it .Choosing this Option Might mean You Need to insert the product CD to install the Program.


Not Available :- Indicates The program or one of its additional feature is not installed.


After you specify which programs and features you want to install and make any changes to the file location and user info setting using on their associated tabs, click install Now .The setup Will run
