classic menu for office 2007
The command tabs on the office word 2007 user interface are arranged according to the sequence of the task you are likely to accomplish as you move through the different stages of document creation
❶ home Tab :
it includes command related to Clipboard,font selection ,paragraph ,settings, styles editing.
insert Tab :it includes what you need to add page ,tables ,illustrations ,links headers and footers,text objects and symbols in your document
❷ Page Layout tab :
it Contains the command for working with themes ,page backgrounds and paragraph spacing in your document.additionally you choose page setup options and arrange the order of elements on your page using this tab
❸ Mailing tab :
includes elements that are required to create ,preview and produce a mail merge project
❹ Review tab :
it includes all commands you need for checking (spelling,thesaurus) your document and sharing it with others for review .Also you will find the commands for adding comments ,tracking and working with changes, comparing versions and protecting the document.
❺ view tab
it houses all the option for displaying you document in different ways from basic document views to a set of display tools for adding ruler and grid lines to options for working with multiple documents in multiple windows
