Printer does not match the screen color

   
     

if the Color of the texts and Graphics printed by your printer does not match the screen color,if could be because of the image color Management setting in some printer models of the HP and cannon Bubble jet printers .Enabling the image Color Management in such printers  ,Cause the printer to print the color  incorrectly .The image color Management has to be disabled to resolve this Problem.


 To Disable image Color Management 

❶ Click Start  → Control panel. The control panel window  appears.


❷ Click the  →  Hardware and Sound icon. The Hardware  and Sound Window Appears


❸ Click The  → Printers icon .The  Printers Window     Appears


❹ Right-Click the Appropriate printers icon and select the  Printing Preferences option. The Printing preferences Dialog box appears



❺ Click the Advanced tab .The Advanced tab appears.



❻ select the ICM disabled Option from the ICM Method    drop-down List 


❼ Click Ok
