My computer is slow (How to Fix)

 PC Slow Problem


in case of any pc slow problem,  first ,we have to check it from application levele.g if world application is slow while opening a particular file then you need to check the size of the file location of the file ( Local or Network) , whether that particular file contains more pictures or image

secondly you need to check at the OS level .Check while performing any normal operation PC becomes slow .To check this just right Click on mouse on mouse button on desktop and Click refresh and see the response time .Follow these below mentioned steps:


1) Remove any Screen Saver Running at the back end.

2) Remove any desktop Background and change it to normal

3) Remove the Program from start Up Menu

4) Check The Status of processor and Memory to see if Any particular Application Consuming more of resources .Close or Shut down  those Application if not important

5) Remove unnecessary icon from notification area on the Desktop

6) Remove unnecessary File From Desktop

7) Search for temp File and Delete this File

8) Remove Unnecessary Program file Which are not used Frequently

9)  De- fragment the Hard disk  

 10) Check for Viruses and run Antivirus from Safe Mode

 11)    Check for any bad sector in hard Disk by Using scan-disk tool      

12) Restore to old setting by using system restore if user has performed any task like updating OS or installing any Driver   

 
Lastly we need Check the Hardware . Follow These below mentioned steps :


1 ) Clean the system by using hand Blower

2) Check  processor and case fans whether they are rotating properly or not

3) Dab some heat Sink compound on top of they are rotating properly or not.

4) If one IDE cable is Connected to both Hard Disk And DVD drives Then Connect both The Device to two different IDE cables.

5) Check for memory .And upgrade the Memory..
