how to log into router

After the router boots ,the router prompts for initial configuration .This setup mode allows basic configuration the router .If you skip this mode, the router  gives the status of all interface connected it.After getting the status message ,enter router propt .this is called user exec mode (user Mode) the user mode enables you to view statics and enter into privileged exec mode ( privileged mode) The privileged mode allow you to view and change the configuration of a Cisco router:

The enable command enables you to enter the privileged mode .The step to perform this atre shown below

The Disable command allow you to switch back to the user mode.The step to perform this are shown below

in the user mode ,the logout or exit command enables you to exit the console.The step to perform this are 

shown down

Or

You can also use the logout or exit command in the  privileged mode to exit the console. The step to perform this are show below :
